Running 8.0.2 Standard config on XP.

I have a user who had shut down Lotus Notes normally with 5 window tabs open. Upon restart Lotus Notes loads up, but then hangs and the user can't click any of the tabs including Home.

I recall a solution where you're deleting whole directory to tell Notes to not re-open any pre-opened databases. Does anyone know which directory to delete ?
